In this practice we take complaints very seriously indeed and try to ensure that all patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When a complaint is made it is dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint about the practice, a member of the team or treatment you have received, please do not hesitate to contact the Practice Manager, Debbie Berry immediately, in person or in writing and she will deal with the matter as quickly as possible in accordance with the practice complaints policy.
