A first rate experience and I cannot praise Nilesh enough. My two front teeth now look so much better with the implants. The complicated process was made simple and I felt in good hands throughout the consultations and the appointments to fit the temporary caps and then the finished articles. I would highly recommend Parmar - a professional service offered and delivered.

Parmar dental is one of my favourite places to go. The staff are so friendly, kind and have the best sense of humour too- making it all comfortable place to be for those that even dread it. It’s so high tech there and all their skills are up to date. You won’t find me in another practice ever. I couldn’t recommend it enough to anybody who needs a dentist. Whichever dentist you’ll get, you’ll get treated like a star. I have had Kanusha for years, she’s just amazing! Reception is so polite and understanding. Always cater to my needs and work times. Overall great experience at this dentist which I have just started visiting. Very clean, professional yet the staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. Amy, one of the hygienists was so thorough at my appointment and spoke to me about what she was doing the whole time which made the experience much more comfortable.

This morning on visiting parmar dental , going in as an emergency receptionists are amazing very very polite and helpful , got to see dentist she was lovely explained everything to me as a nervous patient, and after 4 years of living in Southend I got registered so has my daughter in which I didn’t expect and I’m very grateful 🙌🏻🙌🏻So just like to say thank all so much , much appreciated 🥰

I was devastated when I couldn't have Nilesh anymore & really worried about who would be my dentist next. I did have a bad experience 1st of all but then getting to know my new dentist I'm now (wouldn't say happy to go) but more confident about going to the appointments.

I went in today for my children’s 6 monthly appointments. My 7 year old had to have an X-ray and was very anxious however the staff were amazing explaining what was happening, showing the X-ray and explaining it put her at ease. The actual dentist was amazing with my kids and made what can be a stressful time very relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Parmar Dental have been taking care of my teeth 25 years. My dentist, Kanusha, understands my anxiety around all things dental and treats me sympathetically throughout. The receptionists, nurses and hygienists are all professional and accommodating to put me at my ease. I strongly recommend this practice.

I saw Embeth today, a dental hygienist and found it to be an incredibly positive experience. She was highly professional, skilled and provided an excellent service. We need good advice to maintain our dental health and this was tailored specifically to my needs, well informed and we practiced the improved techniques. I'm super anxious at the dentist, and was made to feel very relaxed and calm.I can't wait for my next appointment. Great experience, thank you.Mark Manser

Absolutely over the moon with the service I received. Kate the Hygienist carried out a wonderful job and advised me accordingly. I then saw Jordan the Dentist who was also fantastic really put me at ease with the advice he gave me - I was especially nervous as I've had dental work abroad. It was great to see both the Hygienist and Dentist on a Saturday. Receptionist (forgot her name so sorry) was wonderful too. Found my Dentist for life!!!

I am delighted with the professional care from every member of staff I have met at this dental practice. I am keen to recommend them I was for decades a very anxious patient however since belonging to this practice I have been treated so well so consistently I now look forward to looking after my mouth and teeth with them . Very satisfied with every aspect of Parma. The receptionists are lovely and very friendly, and do all they can to assist. The surgery is very well equipped with modern and up to date equipment, and the dentist extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to explain everything in detail. The same goes for the nurses. Mine and my Wife’s dentist is Nisha, and we both recommend her and the practice overall without any hesitation .

I’ve been a patient here for decades; rare in this day and age, but I’ve always found all staff here to be polite and courteous and feel supported in my dental care. Amy the hygienist and Paige are an amazing team and very kind and helpful.

Tonya and all the receptionists have been very helpful and friendly in making appointments for me.Kanusha was very helpful and professional in replacing a crown for me this week and in giving me advice.I made an appointment this week with Embeth the hygienist who has a Nurse Assistant...Holly....The treatment and care I received was first class. Embeth explains everything that she is doing very clearly and checks with you many times during the procedure that you are ok.The practice has been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean.Thankyou everybody.David Davis

Friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating. Always a pleasure visiting. They take the fear away from the profession with the way they care about their patients. I had an awful experience with another surgery and was scrambling to find another place to go. They welcomed me and my family with open arms and i wish i had been able to be with them sooner.

Amy is my hygenist and has been for quite a few years. She explains everything thoroughly and tells you to raise your hand if you need a break. She is now joined by Paige on the saliva extractor. I would recommend them to anyone.

The dentist and dental nurse where so lovely and caring. I was dreading the numbing injection but he was really gently. This experience was so different from my previous dentist. I went from having major anxiety to having a laugh with the nurse. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Very good practice they make you feel comfortable when you arrive at booking-in on your appointment time and Chis the dentist that I saw and the dental nurse were very polite and helpful which helped relax you and they explained everything that was going to happen whilst carrying out all necessary work which also helped. We have recently joined this dental practice and have been so impressed with their service. Our dentist takes time to explain what is needed and any options. Work is carried out with kindness and great professionalism. Also, my young granddaughter said she will never be scared of the dentist again after her recent check up. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Really lovely surgery. Clean & modern. Friendly, reassuring staff and dentist. I called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. It was a cancellation, but it's still a great service. Going back to have a wisdom tooth removed in a few weeks.Highly recommend.
